Quite a few staff have signed up for Twitter and are using it, posting a variety of updates throughout the day. On Friday, read2akid tweeted that she was working on Thing #17, Google Docs and was having trouble with getting an error message. After a second try, it still didn’t work.
Here’s the magic of Twitter, two people tweeted her and suggested that she try Firefox instead of Internet Explorer. That worked! She was excited and appreciative of the information.
