This was a first for gerald2.0 and me!. We met with Bits & Pieces the other day to talk about Learn & Play and, get this, she brought her personal “live tech support” to the interview! Bits & Pieces says that Live Tech Support Lisa is helping her work through the program:

We all know that new things can be scary for some people, and that includes some of the Things in Learn & Play. So it totally rocks that Bits & Pieces has the support of her supervisor to allow Live Tech Support Lisa to help her. That support will help Bits&Pieces complete all 23 Things so that she can get the 1GB flash drive. And, watch out, she really wants that flash drive! 
Lisa, you look great and I just love Gerald’s Lightning head. I took the short tour of Bit’s site…really nice. I had fun reading it and that awsome hair do is beyond words.
